About The Press
Storybound Press was born from a fascination with old stories:
The strange ones, the shadowed ones, the tales that remember forests are not always safe, fairies are not always kind, and magic is rarely without consequence.
Founded in 2024 by storyteller and maker Lindsey Saoirse, Storybound began with a simple belief: fantasy is more than an escape from the ordinary. Stories give us somewhere to wonder, somewhere to wander, and sometimes, a way of understanding the world we return to.
Today, Storybound Press is a small, old-world-inspired press and merchant's shop devoted to making those imagined places feel a little more tangible.
Within its pages you'll find The Wandering Ink, where stories, folklore, field notes, and illustrated curiosities are collected from worlds both familiar and strange.
Wander a little farther and you may find yourself in The Keeping—a growing realm of whispering woods, forgotten archives, peculiar creatures, wandering storytellers, and doors that perhaps ought to have remained closed.
And tucked into The Merchant's Corner are things you can carry home from the journey: loose-leaf teas steeped in story, beeswax candles, bookmarks, prints, paper goods, and other small curiosities inspired by the worlds found within the Press.
Much of what you'll find here begins by hand. Rather than endlessly chasing the new, Storybound grows slowly, allowing its stories, characters, artwork, and objects to find one another and become part of something larger.
It is a place for those who still stop at peculiar doors.
For those who wonder what lives beyond the tree line.
For those who have never entirely stopped believing that the ordinary world might contain something more.

Meet the Storyteller
I'm Lindsey Saoirse, the storyteller and maker behind Storybound Press. Stories have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my fascination with folklore, mythology, and fantasy has shaped much of my creative journey. I've always been drawn to the strange and wonderful—to the darker corners of old fairy tales, the mysteries of the natural world, and the magic that lingers somewhere between the ordinary and the impossible.
My creative practice has taken many forms over the years, from illustration and traditional crafts to writing and worldbuilding. But storytelling has always been the thread connecting them. The Keeping is my own little imaginative lair, a place where I can wander freely, explore peculiar ideas, and give life to the stories and characters that find their way into my imagination. Through Storybound Press, I get to share pieces of that world with others, inviting them to wander a little, wonder a little, and perhaps rediscover some of the magic that first made them fall in love with stories, too.
